Different owners since I stayed on March 2016. I arrived at 2:30AM (past office hours) and I rang the bell. The manager opened the door and I was able to check in. New service! Previous owner or manager didn't even bother opening after hours and was rude to guests. They are installing gel toppers on the beds.... very comfortable
